Position Overview:
We are hiring Production Assemblers / Floor Workers to assist with the assembly, handling, and packaging of air filtration products. This role is suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for long-term, stable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble air filters and related components according to company standards.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment is an asset (not required).
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods - Fast pace production.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as needed.
