Position Overview
We are hiring Production Assemblers / Floor Workers to assist with the assembly, handling, and packaging of air filtration products. This role is suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for long-term, stable employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble air filters and related components according to company standards
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment is an asset (not required)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods - Fast pace production
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as needed
