Modern Air Filtration is a growing HVAC air filters manufacturing company specializing in high-quality air filtration products. We are scaling quickly and need a hands-on Operations Manager to own our day-to-day operations.
Role Overview:
You will oversee warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service performance-- ensuring the business runs efficiently, safely, and continuously improves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and maintain SOPs; identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and customer service team; manage scheduling and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
- Track KPIs (fulfillment time, error rates, inventory accuracy) and deliver weekly reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations.
- Hands-on leadership style — comfortable on the floor and in systems.
- Strong process improvement, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing teams, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
