Modern Air Filters is a growing Canadian manufacturer and distributor looking for a hands-on Operations & Warehouse Optimization Manager to help us create a cleaner, more efficient, and scalable operation.

We're looking for someone who loves walking the floor, organizing chaos, improving workflow, freeing up space, and making businesses run better.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate current warehouse layout and operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Create and implement warehouse organization systems.
- Lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize inventory storage and material flow.
- Identify unused equipment, machinery, and assets for sale or disposal.
- Coordinate machinery liquidation and space recovery projects.
- Improve receiving, production, and shipping processes.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with ownership to execute operational improvement projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Hands-on and action-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Experience with facility layout, warehouse optimization, or operations improvement preferred.

Position Details:

Compensation: $35-$65/hr based on experience and proven results. Performance bonus available for successful warehouse optimization, space recovery, and equipment liquidation projects.
