Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines.
- Diagnose and repair machine issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Train sewing operators.
- Ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor product quality.
- Manage sewing department workflow.
- Coordinate with production management.
- Reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years industrial sewing experience.
- Experience repairing industrial sewing machines.
- Experience supervising production staff.
- Knowledge of Juki, Brother, Consew, or similar machines.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
