About Us:
Modern Air Filtration is a growing HVAC air filters manufacturing company specializing in high-quality air filtration products. We are scaling quickly and need a hands-on Operations Manager to own our day-to-day operations.

Role Overview:
You will oversee warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service performance-- ensuring the business runs efficiently, safely, and continuously improves.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations: picking, packing, and shipping.
Develop and maintain SOPs; identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
Supervise warehouse staff and customer service team; manage scheduling and performance.
Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with suppliers.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
Track KPIs (fulfillment time, error rates, inventory accuracy) and deliver weekly reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations.
Hands-on leadership style — comfortable on the floor and in systems.
Strong process improvement, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience managing teams, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
